Who you are dealing with

MAMT is the trading name of Mohammed Ahmed Mansoor Trading, United Arab Emirates.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry is a request for a quotation, not an order. Nothing is reserved or charged until you accept a written quotation, which states the price, currency, validity and any conditions. Photographs are illustrative; the specification on the quotation is the one we supply against.

Delivery, payment and returns

Collection or delivery arrangements, lead times and payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice. If an item is not as ordered or is defective, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or credit. Please do not return goods without agreeing it with us first.

What we keep

When you send an enquiry or a message we keep your name, company, phone, email, delivery area and what you asked for, so that we can quote and reply. A member of our staff reads each one. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists without asking. The enquiry list you build is stored in your own browser until you send it. To correct or delete your details, contact us through the form on the contact page.

Liability and law

Choosing the right fastener for an engineering application remains the buyer's or their engineer's responsibility. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
